Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY TIME

As all orders are made to order, please allow for 5-7 days for the items to be made plus delivery time.

We use Australia Post Parcel Post for all orders so please allow a minimum of two working days for delivery. Please check the Australia Post website for more details.

All orders can be tracked after shipment and we will email you the details.

If an order is required urgently for a special occasion, please leave a comment on your order or email us on info@hellopossumclothing.com.au and we will do our best to get your order to you as quick as possible.


SHIPPING COST

Inside Australia

We offer a flat rate fee of $8.50.

Orders over $100 receive free delivery.

International

We offer shipping outside Australia at a flat rate fee of $20.

 

RETURNS

As our items are unique and made to order, we ask that you select your item and size with care.

We do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind.

If you do require an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however, this will depend on the availability of the fabric and the demand for the item.

If we do offer an exchange, postage on the new item will be charged.

We check every item and order very carefully before it is sent to you.  In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your order, we are happy to offer exchange or refund.  In this event, exchange packages will not be charged postage.

All exchanges will only be posted when the original item is received and is subject to our standard delivery times (5-7 business days, plus postage).
